My Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme takes the focus away from weight and dieting to help you pursue sustainable healthy behaviours like getting enough sleep or engaging in joyful movement.
It is a 4-week programme specially tailored to help you tune into what you want and need so you make food and lifestyle choices from a place of self-care rather than a place of control and restriction.
Perhaps a bowl of salad for lunch feels great while eating it but you find yourself hungry just a couple of hours later. Or maybe you go to the gym because you feel that you "have" to work out but you find the gym rather boring.
There is no wrong or right here, it is about finding what works for you to nourish your body, mind and soul.

What This Programme Can Help You With?
What Our Work Together Will Look Like…
Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Programme is broken down into 3 sessions:
It focuses on identifying your goals and information gathering. I will ask questions about your eating and lifestyle habits, we will explore the root causes behind and learn the tools for breaking through the negative cycle. This will help me build a picture of what is going on, and what changes can be implemented to help you achieve your goals.
Generally, it will take place 5 days after the first session. I will explain what I believe is happening, and will make suggestions to help you get closer to your goals. Together we will break down these suggestions and recommendations into small, simple action steps, identifying any potential barriers and ensuring that you feel ready to make the changes.
You will be emailed your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programme, (no meal plans or food rules here) along with worksheets, mindfulness tools such as breathing exercises and guided meditations, and recipe inspiration. You will be able to message me in between sessions whenever you need a sounding board or want to celebrate a success!
Follow up: Time To Reflect
We will meet again two to three weeks later to talk about your progress, what has worked for you or any barriers you may have found in your way. Based on your progress, we will then re-focus your direction by creating new additional action steps and support tools to help you achieve your goals.

☉ What does the Intuitive Eating Coaching programme include?
∙ A detailed “getting-started” questionnaire that will provide you with clarity and insights.
∙1 x 90-minute initial consultation where we identify your goals and create a solid foundation for our work together.
∙ 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions. You’ll leave each session with an action plan designed to move you closer to your goals.
∙ 30 simple yet delicious recipes for every day.
∙ Guided meditations, mindfulness and stress relief tools, along with other relevant tools to support you in your journey.
∙ Email/text support between our sessions.
∙ Further customization as we determine the best approach to meet your needs.
☉ How long is the Intuitive Eating programme?
The programme is 4 weeks long.
If you need more support after 4 weeks, I also offer one-off support sessions at the end of the programme.

The cost of the 1:1 personalised Intuitive Eating coaching programme is £180
☉ Where are you based?
My therapy room is located at Shanti Rooms in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire (United Kingdom). I offer you a confidential, calm, safe place to talk through your relationship with food and your feelings around your eating behaviour without fearing any judgement or criticism.
☉ Can I do the programme online?
Yes, you can. Once you have booked a session, I will email you the details of your booking with a secure Zoom's link to access your session.

At the scheduled time of our discovery session, we’ll discuss specifics and answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
