Art Journaling for
Food & Body Peace

Tired of battling food rules and feeling bad about your body? Ready for a different path that feels compassionate, not critical?

Come along to one of my "Art Journaling for Food & Body Peace" workshops.

My creative workshops are a gentle way to explore your unique relationship with food and your body, using simple art tools.

You don’t need to be “artistic”, just a bit curious and open to finding more peace.

What we'll do:

Uncover limiting beliefs and give your inner critic a voice so it can finally quiet down.

Connect with your body through gentle, non-judgmental awareness.

Explore emotions, food rules, and body sensations through colour, shapes, and words.

Cultivate kindness by focusing on self-compassion, gratitude, and what true nourishment means to you.

Practice mindful eating together with a light dinner in a calm and supportive space.

Perfect for you if:

You're tired of negative self-talk

You feel stuck in the diet-restriction cycle

You want to understand emotional eating patterns

You struggle with a negative body image

You crave a more peaceful, intuitive connection with food and your body.

You're curious about using creativity for healing (even if you think you're "not artistic"!).

Absolutely NO artistic skill is needed. This is about your process, your expression, your journey. We embrace non-judgment, self-compassion, and honouring your inner wisdom.

What to expect

You’ll be gently guided through creative prompts to explore your thoughts and feelings.
We’ll use simple materials like markers and pencils to express what words sometimes can’t.
Each workshop includes either a light meal or tea and cake…perfect to practice mindful eating.
Expect a mix of drawing, painting, journaling, quiet self-discovery, and honest conversation.
