I know what it’s like to feel stuck with food. For years, I swung between restrictive diets, body obsession, and binge eating, trapped in a cycle I couldn’t break. It wasn’t about willpower. It was about pain, disconnection, and unmet needs.


What changed everything was shifting from control to connection, learning to listen to my body, and understanding my triggers. That’s why I do this work. Because I know how life-changing it is to stop thinking about food all day, to feel calm around eating, and to finally enjoy food without guilt or fear.

 

I offer one-to-one and online support for people who are ready to break the binge-restrict cycle, find emotional eating support, and heal body image from the inside out. My approach blends qualified nutrition guidance with holistic counselling, mindfulness, and CBT tools - so we can get to the root and create real, lasting change.
