My programme is designed for those who want to reconnect with their inner wisdom, be in tune with their body, be at ease around food, and experience eating as a delicious pleasure and nourishment to thrive in life. People who value being present, aligned, authentic and free.
What does the 1:1 Intuitive Eating Coaching Program include?
A detailed “getting-started” questionnaire that will provide you with clarity and insights.
A 75-minute consultation session where we create a solid foundation for our work together.
4 x 60-minute coaching sessions. You’ll leave each session with a plan of action designed to move you forward.

Between sessions homework and activities
Email support between our sessions.
Further customization as we determine the best approach to meet your needs.
How long is the Intuitive Eating Coaching Programme?
The programme is 6 weeks long.
If you need more support after 6 weeks, I also offer a Follow-Up package to support your Intuitive Eating journey at the end of the programme.
Where are you based?
My therapy room is located at Shanti Rooms in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire (United Kingdom). I offer you a confidential, calm, safe place to talk through your relationship with food and your feelings around your eating behaviour without fearing any judgement or criticism.
For face-to-face appointments in our rooms, a number of measures have been taken to allow appointments to proceed safely. Hand sanitiser and face masks have been provided and we will observe social distancing by allowing a 2-metre space between our clients and our therapists.
Can I do the Programme online?
Yes, you can. All you need for our online sessions is a computer, laptop or device with a webcam. Once you have booked a session, I will email you the details of your booking with a secure link to access your session. I use Zoom, a reliable, secure and good quality software.
We will be able to see each other. Remember to try and disconnect all your other devices from your Wifi network during the meeting, as this can sometimes affect the quality of your connection.
At the time of your appointment just click the link. If you have never used Zoom before, you may be asked to install the App. Follow the easy on-screen instructions and select ‘Run’ to install.

Do you have any requirements for us to work together?
I do require that you are 18 years of age or older.
If you have struggled or are actively struggling with an eating disorder, such as bulimia or anorexia, or significant mental health concerns, this programme may not be suitable for you.
If you are done with diets and want to find sustainable health, peace and balance, 1:1 coaching is for you.

1. Schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Session.
2. I'll email you a short questionnaire for you to fill out so I can learn a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me before we jump on the phone.
3. At the scheduled time of our discovery session, we’ll discuss specifics and answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
4. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
