My Intuitive Eating Programme integrates holistic counselling with coaching skills using the 10 principles of the Intuitive Eating framework.

 

Together we will explore how your relationship with food has evolved from your childhood until now so that you can understand the deeper connection between your eating habits and emotions before breaking free from the diet mindset and healing your relationship with food and your body.

 

You will leave empowered with the tools and skills to cope with emotional eating, trusting yourself around food, being much kinder to yourself, and feeling a sense of more freedom, self-connection, and self-acceptance.

Ditching the Diet Mindset For Good

☉ Getting to know how your relationship with food has evolved and how you feel currently about food and your body. 

☉ Ditch the diet mentality that disconnects you from the experience of tuning into your body, and defining an authentic healthy body and mind.

Self - Compassion And Body Awareness

☉ Learn to listen to what your body is trying to tell you to identify true hunger and feelings of fullness.

☉ Let go of negative self-talk and cultivate self-compassion and body acceptance.

Unconditional Permission To Eat
Anything

☉ Let go of your "food rules" and trust yourself around food. With the right guidance, you will learn how to approach the foods you restricted, from a sense of curiosity and self-compassion.

 

☉ Explore the root causes behind emotional eating and learn the tools for breaking through the negative cycle.

Mindful Eating & The Pleasures Of Eating

☉ Learn mindful eating techniques so you find pleasure and satisfaction in the foods you eat.

 

☉ By this point in your intuitive eating journey, you will begin to stop eating when you're comfortably full, safe in the knowledge that you can eat whenever you begin to feel hungry again.

Becoming Authentic And Free

☉ Take a gentle approach to nutrition and movement while enjoying who you truly are.

 

☉ You will be able to tune in to what you want and need and choose foods from a place of self-care rather than a place of control and restriction.

☉ What does the Intuitive Eating Coaching programme include?

∙ A detailed “getting-started” questionnaire that will provide you with clarity and insights.
∙ A 75-minute consultation session where we create a solid foundation for our work together.
∙ 4 x 60-minute coaching sessions. You’ll leave each session with a plan of action designed to move you forward.

∙ Intuitive Eating Workbook
∙ Homework and activities between sessions
∙ Email /text support between our sessions.
∙ Further customization as we determine the best approach to meet your needs.

☉ How long is the Intuitive Eating programme?

The programme is 5 weeks long. If you need more support after 6 weeks, I also offer a Follow-Up package to support your Intuitive Eating journey at the end of the programme.

☉ Where are you based?​

My therapy room is located at Shanti Rooms in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire (United Kingdom). I offer you a confidential, calm, safe place to talk through your relationship with food and your feelings around your eating behaviour without fearing any judgement or criticism.

☉ Can I do the programme online?​

Yes, you can. Once you have booked a session, I will email you the details of your booking with a secure Zoom's link to access your session.

Schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Session.

 I'll email you a short questionnaire for you to fill out so I can learn a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me before we jump on the phone.

At the scheduled time of our discovery session, we’ll discuss specifics and answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
