Common Questions
Can I do this if I’m new to GLP-1?
Yes. It is designed for people who have recently started or are already taking GLP-1 medication, e.g. Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy.
Do I need to count calories or track food?
No. This is a non‑diet, weight‑inclusive programme. We might look at patterns in your eating and energy, but we don’t use calorie counting, points or compulsory weigh‑ins.
Will you advise me on medication dose?
No. All medication decisions, dosing, prescribing and monitoring remain with your GP or prescribing clinician. I can help you prepare questions, track symptoms, and understand your experience, but I don’t prescribe or adjust medication.
What if I struggle with emotional eating?
That is exactly one of the areas this programme is designed to support.
Is this only for weight loss?
No. The focus is nourishment, behaviour change, body trust, and sustainable habits.
Can I do the programme online?
Absolutely! I use Healthie, a secure platform where we'll have our video call, as well as a place for you to keep all the resources and tools I'll be sending you.
