Self-Care Workshop

This 4-hour interactive workshop is for busy women who want to learn how to cultivate self-care in their lives.

You will be settled into the space through a guided meditation to open your heart, awaken your creativity and set your intention for the day.

Upon awakening out of your restorative mediation, you will be served herbal tea while I introduce you to self-care and why it is vital for our well-being.

You will then spend the next hour creating your own self-care plan. I will guide you through different group activities, giving you the opportunity to explore your unique physical and emotional needs. I will also help you identify and remove any negative habits that prevent you from living a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. It will be a safe and friendly space to share your experiences with other women. 

After our coaching session, we will enjoy a nourishing plant-based lunch, a chance to gather, reflect and grow.

We will close the workshop with a 1-hour gentle restorative yoga class, led by Debra, where you will honour your flow, calm your mind, and welcome to the new you!
