My Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme is specially tailored to help you tune into what you want and need so you make food and lifestyle choices from a place of self-care rather than a place of control and restriction. Perhaps a bowl of salad for lunch feels great while eating it but you find yourself hungry just a couple of hours later. Or maybe you go to the gym because you feel that you "have" to work out but you find the gym rather boring. There is no wrong or right here, it is about finding your unique nutrition and lifestyle plan that really bring you joy and nourishment.

What our work together will look like…
Unlike nutritionists or personal coaches who would assign a specific eating and exercise plan, I take a holistic approach to health and well-being and focus on guiding and supporting you to make the right choices based on your lifestyle.
Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Programme is broken down into 3 sessions:
Identiying your goals
It focuses on identifying your goals and information gathering. I will ask questions about your eating and lifestyle habits, we will explore the root causes behind unhealthy habits and learn the tools for breaking through the negative cycle. This will help me build a picture of what is going on, and what changes can be implemented to help you achieve your goals.
Creating small simple changes
Generally, it will take place 5 days after the first consultation. I will explain what I believe is happening based on a detailed dietary analysis, and will make suggestions to help you get closer to your goals. Together we will break down these suggestions and recommendations into small, simple action steps, identifying any potential barriers and ensuring that you feel ready to make the changes.
Your well-being journey begins
You will be emailed your tailored nutrition and lifestyle programme, along with relevant meal ideas, recipes or mindfulness tools such as breathing exercises and guided meditations, to support you during the next two weeks. You will be able to email me or message me in between sessions whenever you need a sounding board or want to celebrate a success!
Time to reflect
We will talk about your progress, what has worked for you or any barriers you may have found in your way for the past two weeks. Based on your progress, we will then re-focus your direction by creating new additional action steps and support tools to help you achieve your goals.

What does the Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Programme include?
A detailed “getting-started” questionnaire that will provide you with clarity and insights.
1 x 90-minute initial consultation where we identify your goals and create a solid foundation for our work together.
2 x 60-minute coaching sessions. You’ll leave each session with an action plan designed to move you closer to your goals.
1 x 7-day customised meal plan and recipes.
Guided meditations, mindfulness and stress relief tools, along with other relevant tools to support you in your journey.
Email/message support between our sessions.
Further customization as we determine the best approach to meet your needs.
How long is the Gentle Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Programme?
The programme is 4 weeks long.
If you need more support after 4 weeks, I also offer one-off support sessions at the end of the programme.
Can I do the Programme online?
Yes, you can. All you need for our online sessions is a computer, laptop or device with a webcam. Once you have booked a session, I will email you the details of your booking with a secure link to access your session. I use Zoom, a reliable, secure and good quality software.
We will be able to see each other. Remember to try and disconnect all your other devices from your Wifi network during the meeting, as this can sometimes affect the quality of your connection.
At the time of your appointment just click the link. If you have never used Zoom before, you may be asked to install the App. Follow the easy on-screen instructions and select ‘Run’ to install.

Can we work together if I have food allergies or intolerances?
Sure! All my programmes are tailored and designed taking into account food allergies as well as any cultural, ethical and financial considerations.
What is dietary analysis?
Dietary analysis is a detailed look at your current diet. Using Nutrition Analysis software, I can provide a breakdown of your fat, protein and carbohydrate intake as well as your vitamin and mineral levels, to identify possible deficiencies. Once I have all this information, I will provide detailed feedback as to how your eating habits may be impacting your well-being. I will use the dietary analysis and the initial questionnaire to create your unique nutrition and lifestyle plan.

2. I'll email you a short questionnaire for you to fill out so I can learn a bit about what you’d like to get out of coaching with me before we jump on the phone.
3. At the scheduled time of our discovery session, we’ll discuss specifics and answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
4. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
